Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order easily before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via phone or email.

Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to use our return or exchange process upon delivery.

2. Cancellation Window

You can cancel your apparel order within 24 hours of placing it or before you receive the shipment confirmation email, whichever comes first.

3. Cancellation by Store

While we strive to fulfill every order placed, there may be rare occasions when we need to cancel an order. This can happen due to:

• Item(s) being out of stock or failing our strict quality control checks.
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information.
• Incomplete or unserviceable shipping address details provided.

If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your prepaid order successfully within the eligible window, your refund will be processed back to your original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days.
