Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your women's clothing item is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if there is an issue with the size or fit, you can request a return within this timeframe.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your apparel item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and price tags must be intact and attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging (bags/boxes).
• Items marked as final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
• For cash on delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you for your bank details to complete a direct bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same clothing item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability in our inventory.
